Do I need an authoring tool license to access the templates?
Yes! You will need an active license for Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Articulate Storyline 360.
Will I be able to use templates after my subscription has ended?
Yes! You will be able to use all files that you have downloaded during the subscription period.
Can I use templates for commercial purposes?
Yes! You can use the templates for commercial purposes, but you cannot resell our templates as they are. You can redesign them, transform the template to a course, sell your courses etc.
How do I access templates and eLearning images?
Once you purchase one of our Creator Membership Plans you will gain access to that specific plan and will be able to download a zip file which will include the template designs.
Can I change colors, animation, and images if I wanted?
Absolutely, these are TEMPLATES! You are welcome to use them any way you like, add your logo, change colors, add texts, images etc.
Do I get new templates for free after subscribing?
Yes, all our current subscribers get access to all of the new templates and stock images (depending on Creator plan), as long as they have active subscription.
Does my subscription plan renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel this option. We will send you a notification email before the renewal.
Can I get a monthly subscription?
Unfortunately, no. Managing monthly subscriptions can lead to increased administrative overhead. This includes processing frequent payments, handling customer inquiries, and managing churn rates. We want to keep our plans affordable for creators and businesses to encourage longer-term subscriptions and customer loyalty.
Can I share my templates with my teammates?
Unfortunately, no. However, we do offer a discounted rate for teammates. Let us know how many teammates need a membership and which creator plan they need, by filling out our Contact Us form.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Of course you can! Just remember when you cancel you will only have access to templates you downloaded and will not be granted access to any new templates that will be added to the template library.
